I had the Onkyo DSA3 Purchased for my fifth-generation iPod with video. I could never get video to work with this dock, so could not use the menu screen or watch a video from my iPod to HDTV.

I returned the Onkyo dock, some have more research and finally settled on Tekkeon NavDock. I'm glad I did.

Connecting Navdock was simple and straightforward, thanks to the detailed instructions supplied with the dock. Tekkeon also offers extensiveProduct Support for the NavDock on its website.

Everything works as advertised. The on-screen menus are in a much more beautiful than a simple text menu Onkyo presented, and the album cover is a plus.

The video resolution is surprisingly good for recorded TV programs and movies. Originally I used the dock to your TV with composite connection, but switched to S-Video for video input. It provides its own S-Video cable if you go that route.
